Co-Parenting Counseling
My Approach
For divorced, separated or never-partnered parents looking to develop a more effective and cooperative co-parenting relationship. Whether you’re tackling one specific stuck point, or navigating more expansive challenges, we will reach for alignment on parenting issues, always keeping your child’s wellbeing front and center.
Duration will range depending on the challenges we are tackling together. You may need a few quick sessions to navigate some tricky parenting questions. You may need to create a more comprehensive parenting plan that spans a range of topics. You may come and go throughout your co-parenting journey as you encounter moments where extra support could help.
I strive to make these sessions feel safe and productive for both parties, where each voice is heard and respected. Co-parenting counseling is not therapy. We will focus on the present and the future, not on processing or rehashing the past. We will work to reach concrete agreeements that can help guide you all in navigating the co-parenting relationship in a way that is sustainable for you two and supportive of your children.
